Offboarding - a module that contributes to gathering important knowledge and experience from employees who leave the organization so that their input can be fruitful for collective progress and progress in general.
The module consists of a questionnaire that we know from several modules, eg MUS, where the employee who resigns answers several questions of value in order to gather knowledge and experience, and which can provide a basis for better profiling and efforts going forward. Based on the answer, it is possible to have a dialogue with the employee who is leaving, so that more words can be put into it. There is a standard question frame in the system that each customer can customize for particular use.
In principle, it is the management team of the team leader who has been responsible for the resigning employee who initiates Offboarding. Of course, it can also be HR.
