Onboarding is an exciting module that helps to professionalize the processes for new employees - from contract to recruitment day 1 and some weeks / months. You set up the desired flow and the desired lists and queries.

The module consists of 2 angles:

  1. Checklists, which list all the preparations that need to be made when a new employee is to start - and ensure that things are also in place when the new arrives. You are setting up the people who need access to this (HR, IT, Economy, etc.) and the closest manager is always included.
  2. Short dialogue questions for conversation between the immediate leader and the new employee after, for example, 1 week, 3 weeks 3 months and so on.
